Credit Suisse
As a Junior User Experience Designer at Credit Suisse I designed and improved the journeys for topics with different complexity levels, such as mortgages, payments, personal finance management. I built the Figma prototype of the main journeys in the mobile app, worked with the team to build the design system, and created a weekly knowledge sharing newsletter to keep the team up-to-date with design news.

As a User Experience Design Consultant, I collaborated with a design team to perform a UX review of the Coplana volunteering platform, suggested improvements and redesigned key areas.
Oticon Virtual Audiologist
Research whether a conversational interface is suitable for delivering personalised fitting to hearing aid users.

DTU Student IDs
Analysing the service and work systems of producing and delivering the student IDs of Denmark Technical University.
Used tools: Double Diamond method, Work System Method, Co-creation workshop
Rejsekort Usability Evaluation
A case study about the transportation ticketing system in Denmark. The system was statistically analysed using quantitative data from a historical survey, SUS, Key Driver Analysis.
